Before we start work

If you change your mind within 7 days of paying your deposit and we have not started, we refund the deposit in full.

After work has started

The deposit is not refundable, because it pays for the time already set aside for you. If you end the project, you owe only for the work completed so far, and any part of the deposit that is more than that is returned.

After we deliver

Once the finished site is delivered and you have accepted it, we do not refund the payment. For 30 days after delivery we fix any defect, meaning anything that does not match the quote, at no charge.
